Sometimes I suspect you never really grew out of your dinosaur phase, did you?
I always preferred the armed and armoured herbivores, myself - T-Rex never looked better IMO than when he had a Triceratops's primary horns rammed into his gut. YMMV and all that. :p
Seeing as we're talking dinosaurs and kids' laptops, I'd go for a laptop that runs as fast as Velociraptor with the armoured toughness of Ankylosaurus. And hopefully a lot more functioning memory than both.
